Pamela Adlon was her housemate when Gunn relocated into Laurel Canyon Los Angeles. Gunn was famous for playing Skyler White on the AMC Breaking Breaking. In 2013, and 2014, she won the Primetime Emmy Award in Outstanding supporting Female Actress in a Drama Series. In August of 2013, she wrote a piece of an opinion piece in The New York Times that looked at the resentment shown by people toward her character.
