In 2017 he slightly modified his name to Mike Towers to Myke Towers as a tribute to the music movement Young Kingz of which he is a part of, changing the i to a y initial letter that is the first character in the name of the movement. Myke towers is an Puerto Rico underground rapper who was a teenager when he began to perform. His freestyles were uploaded and his original compositions on his SoundCloud. In 2014 he gained popularity through songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The hip-hop scene was also drawn to the La Nueva Droga Freestyle, as well as his version of Drake's"0-to-100%".
